14 Health benefits and medicinal uses

Usually, Chile is mostly known to be used only for cooking. However, its first use was for medical purposes. We all know that most ancient civilizations believed that most diseases mostly the ones that were unknown to them were caused by bad omens or spiritual things such as the “Evil eye”, witchcraft, evils etc. Which could be manifest throughout anxiety, depression, insomnia, and loss of appetite. Consequently, various ethnic groups across Mexico like Afro-mestizos, use Chile in many ways to treat and prevent the evil eye disease. Furthermore, it is also used to treat other spiritual disease such as “dead people’s evil wind” (mal Aire de Muerto), evil supernatural, fright, and witchcraft.
