14 Conflict is Inevitable; Communication and Empathy Can Help
Submodule: Conflict is Inevitable
This can be a tough topic to discuss, but it’s vital. Students may have conflicts with their professors, classmates, advisors, family members and more. Learning how to handle conflict effectively is a key kind of cultural capital. Just think about different emails you may have gotten from students about grades or other issues. Were some students better than others at interacting? In this class we’d like you to help students consider these issues.
We don’t have an embedded assignment for this chapter, however you are free to creat your own.
