ICORP

The Innovative Career Opportunity and Research Program (ICORP) is an initiative at CUNY aimed at providing research experience and graduate school preparation for undergraduate SEEK scholars.

Some ways students can benefit by participating:

  • Financial Support: Scholars can receive a stipend of up to $3,500 to cover program expenses, which is based on their financial aid status.
  • Research Development: Participants engage in the development and implementation of research projects over two years.
  • Networking Opportunities: Students have the chance to travel to academic conferences and connect with current graduate students and faculty across the CUNY system.
  • Graduate School Preparation: The program guides scholars through the application process for graduate school, enhancing their readiness for further education.
