For CUNY students, accessing Zoom for online classes and meetings is easy using your CUNYfirst credentials. Follow these simple steps to log in:

Step-by-Step Guide

  • Open Zoom Application: https://cuny.zoom.us/

    • If you haven’t already, download and install the Zoom application on your device from the Zoom Download Center.

  • Select ‘Sign In with SSO’:

    • Open the Zoom app and click on the “Sign In with SSO” button, which stands for Single Sign-On.

  • Enter Your CUNY Domain:

    • In the field asking for your company domain, type in cuny (this might vary slightly depending on your specific CUNY school). The full domain should look something like cuny.zoom.us.

    • Click ‘Continue’.

  • CUNYfirst Credentials:

    • You will be redirected to a CUNY login page. Here, enter your CUNYfirst username and password.

    • This is the same information you use to access your CUNYfirst account.

  • Complete the Sign-In:

    • After entering your credentials, you may be prompted to authenticate your login, depending on your school’s security settings.

    • Once authenticated, you will be signed in to your CUNY Zoom account.

  • Start Using Zoom:

    • Now you are ready to join or host meetings, participate in online classes, and use other Zoom features.
