In a typical AI data centre of 1,000 to 2,000 square metres, flooring installation may take between two and six weeks depending on complexity, access restrictions, power distribution requirements and coordination with mechanical and electrical contractors. Larger hyperscale facilities can require several months of phased flooring installation.
