Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie: “The danger of a single story”

Watch Nigerian Igbo novelist Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s TED Talk “The danger of a single story,” in which she “warns that if we hear only a single story about another person or country, we risk a critical misunderstanding.”

The question is more than how others create “single stories” about us, but also how, she asks that we also consider how we create “single stories” about others.
