Navigating the Tenure, Promotion, and Reappointment Process

Case studies in this section are mainly focused on the authors’ experience of including their OER work in their journey towards promotion and job security. Although quite a few authors in this section also offer insight into the process of culture change at their respective campuses, the main focus of the case studies in this section are on their individual experiences. There are a range of colleges, job types, and ways that work can be categorized in a tenure and promotion dossier represented.
