Throughout The Companion, you will find exercises intended to help you set goals, make plans, and reflect on your progress as a college student. We urge you to complete these exercises and save your results, so that you have a record of your plans that you can refer back to as you move forward in your college career.

To complete an exercise, click the provided link to access a Microsoft Word document that you can either print out and fill in by hand, or download and type to fill. If you don’t print it out, be sure to save the document to your device so you can refer back to your finished work.

You will find relevant exercises in every chapter of The Companion. For easy reference, we have also provided a List of Exercises at the end that includes links to every exercise.
